TransRakyat.com Jakarta – Muktamar Partai Kebangkitan Bangsa (PKB) yang akan di laksanakan tahun ini mendapat atensi dari mahasiswa Nahdhatul Ulama. Mahasiswa yang tergabung kedalam Aliansi Mahasiswa Nahdhatul Ulama (AMNU) mendeklarasikan dukungan kepada Menteri Agama, Yaqut Cholil Qoumas, untuk menjadi Ketua Umum PKB.

“PKB kehilangan sosok seperti Abdurrahman Wahid (Gusdur). Gus Dur adalah sosok Politisi yang sangat dirindukan kaum nahdhiyiin dan masyarakat indonesia. Sosok Gus Dur yang sangat dihormati dan berpengaruh ketika mamimpin bangsa dan negara,” ujar Koordinator AMNU, Muhammad Senanatha, saat deklarasi didepan Kampus Universitas Nahdhatul Ulama Indonesia (UNUSIA) Jakarta, Kamis (22/4/2021).
“AMNU Menilai bahwa Gus Yaqut mempunyai nilai-nilai yang sama seperti halnya ketika Abdurrahman Wahid Gusdur memimpin PKB. Gus Yaqut memiliki kapasitas, kredibilitas, integritas dan spiritualitas untuk menjadi Ketua Umum PKB dan calon Presiden RI mendatang,” tegasnya.
