TransRakyat.com Kota Bekasi – Pemerintah Kota Bekasi melalui Bagian Tata Pemerintahan Setda, Badan Pengelolaan Keuangan dan Aset Daerah (BPKAD) dan Inspektorat Kota Bekasi telah memberikan arahan teknis kepada Para Kasubag Keuangan Kecamatan dan Para Lurah berkaitan dengan teknis dan mekanisme pencairan bantuan operasioanal RT dan RW Tahun Anggaran 2021. Hal ini dilakukan dalam rangka percepatan pelaksanaan pencairan bantuan operasional RT/RW.
Adanya kendala belum cairnya dana operasional RT RW diantaranya berkaitan dengan pelaksanaan anggaran pemberian bantuan operasional RT/RW dilakukan penyesuaian terkait kode rekening penganggaran/ perubahan penjabaran dalam Anggaran pada Kecamatan di Kota Bekasi.
Bahwa sebagaimana telah diatur dalam Peraturan Wali Kota Bekasi Nomor 58 Tahun 2020 tentang Rukun Tetangga dan Rukun Warga di Kota Bekasi, pada Pasal 19 ayat (2) huruf f dan ayat (4) huruf 4 bahwa dalam melaksanakan tugasnya membantu Pemerintah Kota Bekasi dalam peningkatan pelayanan masyarakat dan melaksanakan fungsi-fungsi Pemerintahan, Pengurus Rukun Tetangga (RT) dan/atau Rukun Warga (RW) mendapatkan bantuan operasional yang disesuaikan dengan kemampuan keuangan daerah Kota Bekasi.

Pada Tahun Anggaran 2021 telah dianggarkan bantuan operasional untuk membantu pelaksanaan kegiatan operasional RT dan/atau RW di wilayah Kota Bekasi sebagaimana telah ditetapkan dalam Keputusan Wali Kota Bekasi Nomor: 149/Kep.16-Tapem/I/2021 tentang Pemberian Bantuan Operasional Rukun Warga dan Rukun Tetangga di Kota Bekasi, telah ditetapkan Pemberian Bantuan Operasional RT dan RW sebagai berikut:
