TransRakyat.com Lebak – Salah satu bentuk kepedulian Persatuan Wartawan Indonesia (PWI) Kabupaten Lebak dan Organisasi Kemasyaratan Jaringan Relawan Untuk Masyarakat (Ormas Jarum) Cikulur ditengah pandemi Covid-19 adalah dengan memberikan bantuan dan santunan melalui kegiatan Bakti sosial (Baksos) untuk anak yatim piatu dan kaum dhuafa yang digelar di Majelis Dzikir Pondok Cinta Ilahi (MD PCI) yang beralamat di Desa Cigoong Utara, Kecamatan Cikulur, Kabupaten Lebak, Minggu, (21/08/2021).
Acara Bakti Sosial yang menerapkan protokol kesehatan (Prokes) itu dihadiri Ketua PWI Lebak, Fahdi Khalid, Ketua Umum Ormas Jarum, H. Nunung Hidayat M Gebek, Camat Cikulur, Iyan Fitriyana, Ketua Dewan Penasehat PWI Lebak, H. Ahya, Kapolsek Cikulur, Ustad Cedin Rosad Nurdin, tokoh pers Banten asal Lebak, tokoh Ulama dan Tokoh masyarakat setempat.
Camat Cikulur, Iyan Fitriyana mengucapkan, terima kasih dan suatu kebanggaan telah kedatangan dari pengurus PWI Lebak dan Ormas Jarum di MD PCI ini dalam rangka bakti sosial untuk yatim piatu dan kaum dhuafa .
“Semoga kegiatan ini terus berkelanjutan dalam rangka menebar kebaikan kepada umat dan bisa dirasakan oleh masyarakat,” kata Iyan.

Sementara itu, Ketua PWI Lebak, Fahdi Khalid mengatakan, tujuan kegiatan ini untuk mempererat tali silaturahmi PWI dengan masyarakat Kecamatan Cikulur berserta keluarga besar Ormas Jarum.
Dalam baksos ini, lanjut pria yang akrab dipanggil Akew, pihak memberikan sebanyak 100 Kg telur ayam dan 45 karung beras. Sedangkan dari Ormas Jarum menyediakan sebanyak 50 santunan untuk anak yatim piatu.
