TransRakyat.com Kota Bekasi – Pemerintah Kota Bekasi melalui Bagian Hubungan Masyarakat Sekretariat Daerah Kota Bekasi selaku Pejabat Pengelola Informasi dan Dokumentasi (PPID) Utama Pemerintah Kota Bekasi bersama PPID Pembantu pada Dinas Pendidikan (DISDIK) Kota Bekasi melaksanakan rapat koordinasi bersama Kepala Pengelola Informasi dan Dokumentasi Satuan Pendidikan SMP Se-Kota Bekasi dan Kepala UPP Kecamatan Se-Kota Bekasi yang beragendakan Sosialisasi Tugas dan Fungsi PPID di lingkup Satuan Pendidikan, khususnya di lingkup SMP Negeri pada Kamis, 30 September 2021 bertempat di Aula SMP Negeri 2 Kota Bekasi.
Humas Kota Bekasi Lakukan Sosialisasi Tugas dan Fungsi PPID
Sosialisasi tersebut diisi materi yang dipaparkan oleh Sajekti Rubiyah selaku Kepala Bagian Humas Kota Bekasi dan Kepala Sub Bagian Hubungan Dokumentasi Internal, Diah Setiyawati dan Tim PPID Utama, serta didampingi oleh Sekretaris DISDIK, Krisman Irwandi. Materi yang disampaikan adalah pengertian, konsep, dan teori terkait Keterbukaan Informasi yang diatur dalam Undang-Undang Keterbukaan Informasi Publik (KIP) Nomor 14 Tahun 2008 serta tentang tata kelola PPID yang nantinya akan diterapkan di lingkungan SMP Negeri se-Kota Bekasi sebagai Sub-PPID Pembantu dari Dinas Pendidikan.
Sajekti Rubiyah menyampaikan kepada peserta sosialisasi bahwa prinsip dasar keterbukaan informasi adalah sebagai Badan Publik wajib memenuhi permohonan dan kebutuhan informasi berdasarkan klasifikasi informasi yang diatur dalam UU KIP, yakni Informasi Berkala, Informasi Setiap Saat dan Informasi Serta Merta.

“Ada Informasi Berkala yang informasinya telah dikuasai dan didokumentasikan oleh Satuan Pendidikan yang diumumkan secara rutin seperti dasar-dasar hukum kebijakan program Pemerintahan seperti Kepwal, Perwal, Surat Edaran, lalu profil/struktur organisasi Satuan Pendidikan, ringkasan laporan keuangan, informasi barang dan jasa, serta kegiatan-kegiatan harian Satuan Pendidikan. Kedua ada Informasi Setiap Saat yang informasinya sama-sama telah dikuasai Satuan Pendidikan dan sudah dinyatakan terbuka, seperti data perbendaharaan atau inventaris barang dan informasi/dokumen terkait penyelenggaraan Satuan Pendidikan. Terakhir ada Informasi Serta Merta berhubungan dengan penyelenggaraan pendidikan yang bila tidak diumumkan tidak berdampak kepada masyarakat.” Ujarnya.
