TRANSRAKAYAT.COM, LEBAK – Nenek Salabah biasa di sapa Abot, korban penganiayaan warga Kampung Pasir Malang, RT 002 RW 003, Desa Kaduagung Timur, Kecamatan Cibadak, Kabupaten Lebak, dilarikan ke RSUD Adjidarmo karena mengalami sakit di bagian dada dan sempat mengalami kejang- kejang.
Menurut keterangan Ketua LSM P2LPB Johan Path pendamping korban memaparkan, sebelum Nenek Abot atau korban di larikan ke RSUD Adjidarmo memang sempat mengeluh sakit dibagian dadanya. Itu diduga kuat akibat kekerasan yang dilakukan oleh perempuan berinisial IK.
“Pelaku pemukulan Nenek Abot ini ternyata istri dari RT setempat. Setelah saya tengok barusan tadi ke RSUD Adjidarmo untuk melihat kondisi korban, korban masih terkapar lemas dan merasakan sakit dan bicara kepada saya sakit di bagian dada, sambil napasnya seperti sesak,”kata Johan Path menirukan korban pada awak media, Selasa, (26/10/2021).
Johan menegaskan, pelaku penganiayaan ini harus bertangungjawab atas tindakan kekerasan terhadap Nenek Abot jika terjadi apa- apa terhadap korban. Ia juga mengaku terus mengawal proses hukum di Polsek Cibadak.
“Hari ini, saya mendapatkan info bahwa petugas kepolisian wilayah hukum Polsek Cibadak sedang melakukan pemanggilan terhadap pelaku. Kami minta agar semua pelaku ditindak dan di proses secara hukum sesuai undang- undang yang berlaku,”tegasnya.
Lanjutnya, menerangkan, dirinya ketika menengok korban di RSUD Adjidarmo, sempat bertemu dengan suami pelaku yang tidak lain adalah RT setempat. Kata Johan, dirinya sempat mengutarakan kepada suami terduga pelaku pemukul, kenapa jika memang ada itikad baik dari pelaku langsung membawa korban ke RS, bukan malah korban yang disuruh minta maaf.
“Nenek Abot ini, jadi setelah di aniaya, di dorong dan di pukul dan hingga terjatuh, bukannya pelaku ini meminta maaf dan mengobati korban, eh korban malah disuruh minta maaf, ini perlakuan biadab terhadap orang yang sudah tua. Nenek Abot ini sudah tua, kasihan, harusnya kalau ada itikad baik, mereka langsung mengobati, bukan setelah di laporkan baru mendatangi korban dan meminta maaf. Kami akan kawal, jika ada intimidasi kepada korban yang masih terkapar di RS ini, kami akan laporkan kembali,”tegas Johan Path.
Lanjut Johan, akhirnya, diduga akibat tindakan penganiayaan, kesehatan korban terancam, mengingat korban sudah tua renta. Untuk itu, kami juga tadi menyarankan kepada suami terduga pelaku agar jangan dulu menggangu perawatan Nenek Abot.
“Kami juga meminta agar siapapun terduga pelaku jangan dulu mengganggu Nenek Abot yang kini sedang di rawat. Jika ada intimidasi kami laporkan kembali. Ketika sudah sembuh, silahkan. Kalau meminta maaf, kami memaafkan, tapi proses hukum tetap berjalan,”katanya.
“Kami juga telah menitipkan Nenek Abot ke perawat dan atau pihak rumah sakit. Agar tidak ada yang menggangu proses pengobatan Nenek Abot, semoga nenek Abot sehat kembali,” kata Johan.
Sebelumnya diberitakan, Nenek Salabah biasa di sapa Abot, warga Kampung Pasir Malang, RT 002 RW 003, Desa Kaduagung Timur, Kecamatan Cibadak, Kabupaten Lebak harus menahan sakit di bagian dada di duga akibat di aniaya oleh oknum bernisial IK, pada Jum’at 22 Oktober sekira pukul 11. 00 Wib. Korban di dorong dan di pukul di bagian dadanya hingga terjatuh.
Ketua LSM Laskar Banten Bersatu Sutisna yang mendampingi korban mengungkapkan, Nenek Salabah atau Abot setelah kemarin, Minggu 24 Oktober 2021, kita mendampingi melaporkan kasus penganiayaan itu ke Polsek Cibadak. Kabar saat ini, korban di bawa ke RSUD Adjidarmo.
“Korban di dorong dan di pukul hingga terjatuh, hingga memar di bagian dada. Ini perlakuan biadab, nenek sudah tua renta di pukuli hanya karena salah paham omongan. Kami minta polisi segera tangkap semua pelaku penganiaya itu,”kata Sutisna pada awak media, Senin, (25/10/2021).
Lanjut Sutisna, menceritakan awal mula penganiayaan itu terjadi pada Jum’at 22 Oktober 2021 sekitar pukul 11. 00 Wib. Korban di datangi 4 orang perempuan diduga akan menyerang nenek Abot. Saat itu, Nenek Abot sedang istriahat sambil menonton TV, kemudian datang perempuan bernisial GN langsung menegur, “Abot Ngomong Apa Ketetangga Masalah IK”
kemudia korban menjawab, “Saya gak ngomong apa – apa” kemudian tidak lama, datang pelaku berinisial IK berbicara ke Korban ” Sudah tua ngomong yang aneh – aneh saja ke tenagga, ingin tidak di hargai sama yang muda” kemudian korban menjawab ” Saya gak ngomong apa- apa”
“Setelah cek cok adu mulut itu, pelaku IK langsung mendorong dan memukul bagian dada Nenek Abot, hingga Nenek Abot terjatuh,”kata Sutisna.
Melihat Nenek Abot terjatuh, lanjut Sutisna, pelaku IK mengambil sapu dan akan memukul kembali Nenek Abot. Namun, di halangi oleh sdr. PHm dan sdr. YNH, kemudian pelaku IK di bawa pulang oleh PHM dan YNH yg sama- sama ikut dengan IK.
“Jadi mereka 4 orang, yaitu berinsial IK, YNH, PHM dan GN. Melihat Nenek Abot sudah gak berdaya dan hingga terjatuh, akhirnya mereka merelai. Kita sudah dampingi LApdu kasus ini ke Polsek Cibadak,”katanya.
Senada, Ketua LSM P2LPB Johan Path yang juga mendampingi korban, menegaskan bahwa meminta agar kepolisian Polsek Cibadak agar segera menagkap semua pelaku penganiayaan Nenek Abot.
“Begitu biadabnya mereka semua pelaku. Menganiaya seorang nenek yang tidak berdaya, di dorong dan di pukul hingga terjatuh, bahkan korban sudah terjatuhpun akan di pukul kembali dengan sapu, ini jelas- jelas tindakan kekerasan yang patal,” tegasnya.
Untuk itu, kata Johan, pihaknya meminta agar kasus penganiayaan Nenek Abot ini ditangani dengan serius dan semua pelaku segera di tangkap dan di proses secara hukum yang berlaku.
“Kami minta semua pelaku segera di tangkap dan di proses sesuai hukum yang berlaku. Apalagi, korban saat ini mengalami kritis, sebelumnya nenek Abot itu merasakan sesak, diduga akibat di dorong dan di pukul oleh pelaku,”tandasnya.
Lanjutnya, dirinya mengaku bersama Lembaga LBR akan mengawal kasus tersebut hingga tuntas.
“Kita akan kawal kasus ini hingga tuntas,”katanya.
