Kejadian tersebut terjadi saat personel sat lantas Jakarta Barat sedang melaksanakan pengaturan lalu lintas di sekitar area lokasi.

Saat dirinya sedang melaksanakan pengaturan lalu lintas, saya melihat ada seorang pengendara yang sedang mengalami kesulitan.
“Karena kondisi nya sudah malam lalu saya hampiri dan mencoba menepikan kendaraan untuk mencoba membantu menghidupkan kendaraannya,” ujar Pasubnit 3 Turjawali Ipda Elvis Zulkarnain saat dikonfirmasi Humas Polres Metro Jakarta Barat.

Setelah dicoba untuk menghidupkan kendaraannya terdapat kendala pada sistem pengapian motor dan harus dilakukan penanganan ke bengkel terdekat.
